This is my wellness blog post
Here I will talk to you about our year long wellness theme and some of the things we did with it.
The first activity that came to mind of things we did together was yoga then the smoothie truck and finally the speed questions outside


In my own wellness journey i am trying to improve my attitude because if you have a bad attitude you wouldn’t be well mentally. To ensure that I am well physically I play basketball and I work out. Finally for my spiritual wellness I try to read scripture every day.
